Thanks for all the information everyone. I'll be looking into the progesterone cream some more before I add it to my list.
After some digging, I did find a list of what all the different herbs do and have looked over some programs of others with similar problems.
I got my pump ordered and will be starting with that and massage when it shows up this week! I think I have my herbs and such almost figured out and ready to order as well, but I keep looking over the list and finding things.
I'll have to remember to take some good pictures before I start so I can post any progress later on.

sounds like a good plan. pictures are always good ways to document the changes in your body!
