Something in this new protocol is giving me the same symptoms as NatureDay - plus the value add of panic attacks, (huzzah!) - so I can only assume it is the elevated hormones themselves, rather than the chemical used to achieve that elevation (PM or Fenu or BO), that is causing such distress to my body and mind. Boy, menopause is going to be an absolute carnival, I can tell.
That being said, I think I may need to stick with solely physical protocols: Noogle and massage (Jennifer Love and Katana, I'm looking' at you!) while I work out my physical health situation. I'm just at that age where I can't compromise that - bouncing back is less of a given.
Fortunately, at the moment I have a rather large block of time off, so I can Noogle and massage away for hours and ideally make some kind of progress before going back to the grind.
At any rate, we shall see if going NBE supplement-free helps my physical and mental situation.
(Wait a sec, if I want to cleanse but keep on with Vitex and Maca to balance hormones, is that NBE supplement-free? I felt so good on Vitex and Maca, but neither of them helped with boob growth, at least that I could tell. I guess I just consider them basics for health. Thoughts?)
In the meantime, I'll be fiddling with my Noogleberry to get more underboob expansion. There is the teensy possibility I might be obsessed.

With NO reasoning behind this, just my thoughts only. Vitex i swear made me smaller.. i think Maca might have the potential for you to gain only to offset it with Vitex which in my case i believe made me smaller. Again just my thoughts.
I went on vitex for a few weeks and my cycle still came every three weeks, now switched over to maca and for the first time in months my cycle arrived bang on day 27 with no spotting leading up to it.
