Hi everyone, I've been using Pueraria-uk on ebay and I have had some results but I would like to try Pueraria Mirifica PURE-D 500R1 (100caps) from Ainterol. My question is should I keep to my normal plan of 2000mg PM a day or start a fresh, should I not mix the two products and have a break before using the Ainterol?
