Hi.

I have been starting NBE in June 2015. However, I stopped from November 2015 till now due to several issues. I put Pueraria Mirifica in my program during September 2015-November 2015 and it totally mess up my period. Usually, I have 40 days cycle. However, after I take Pueraria Mirifica, I don't have period for 3 months and a lot of acne. (Thankfully, I went to specialist and my acne almost cleared). I also noticed that my boobs getting smaller due to Pueraria Mirifica (I loss what I had gained). Now, I am going to start again and I hope I can get some advice from a few people.

Basic info: 19 years old, Asian, female and petite girl. 1.48m, 38kg

Starting(June 2015): Underbust 62cm, Bust, 75cm


Apparently, I gain a little bit from my program last year(June 2015-September 2015):
-Drink one cup of Soya milk+ 3 spoons of Flax seed everyday. (I blend the Flax seed with Soya milk)
-One capsules of Flax Seed oil everyday.
-Self massage.
Result: I gained about 3cm around my breast in 3 months.

Current: Underbust 64cm, Bust 78cm

And, now I am starting again since 22/3/2016
Plan:
2 capsules of Flax seed oil
1 capsules of Evening Primrose oil
Chicken feet soup three times a week.
Massage with Cocoa Butter cream.
Take Vitamin C (by eating oranges, etc)


I hope you can give me some advice. I am still thinking whether to buy Noogleberry or Kangzhu breast pump. Thanks.
