Can you maybe inform me a bit about the NBE beneftis bc I understood it raised serotonin? But I cant find it back here.... Did you already noticed anything and how much do you use? Thanks for coming up with this new herb!Have you btw heard of mucuna or ever tried it?
I just discovered mucuna..gosh cant wait for my moneyz, everytime i want to try something new that could possibly give me more growth ill get so excited. Well, happy growing
I am still taking the st john's. Its been less than one month since I started so I haven't noticed a lot of HUGE effects BUT my breasts feel very full right now just before starting my period and I was trying on bras when I was out shopping and I filled them out quite nicely
A lot of people report growing larger breasts as a side effect of antidepressant medications called SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and since I didn't want to take that, I looked up an herbal ssri and found SJW. I found some women online "complaining" about growing 1-2 cup sizes in typically four months of being on SSRIs so I imagine it must take a couple months to actually have some growth as with anything in nbe.
But more specifically there is evidence that SSRIs increase prolactin which is what is thought to be the cause for increasing breast size.
Oooh! What is mucuna?? Please share!
Thanks a LOT..thats sounds very interesting! Ill try to buy some SJW asap!![]()
Mucuna is a bean related to the ''lentil/peas'' family..Its been used succesful for century's in Ayurvedic Medicine, though Western research doesnt know it yet..they also discovered some side-effects, so each who wants to take it should read up on it a bit more.
Mucuna is an adaptogen and it also supports in making natural HGH..it contains
L-DOPA(an amino-acid) which is a precursor for dopamine and adrenaline. But also it contains 5 HTP which is serotinine.....anyhow it says it contains serotonine too. Its good for out skin(elasticity, anti-cellulite)for our celstructure too, maybe even anti-cancerous but at least good for mutated cells it says.
Good for organs. Good for muscles and nerves....relaxes them and less vibrations when one is in pain or after workout...thats a bit all i knowabout Mucuna Puriens atm.
Mucuna sounds like an awesome herb. I just looked it up on this site - I like this site, I think it's pretty reputable since it collects a bunch of studies and basically summarizes them:

The only thing is it says it increases testosterone

BUT SJW also increases both serotonin AND dopamine. I read up more on this and it says increasing dopamine increases hgh

It seems slightlyyy similar to sjw at least the effects I would want for it, except for the fact sjw isn't an adaptogen but I'm taking vitex and maca too right now.
Thank you for the suggestion though!! I think in the future I would want to take it if my t levels go down.
and btw I was using the herb pharm brand for sjw and that one definitely was good but I am switching over to nature's answer now because it was a little cheaper and more concentrated so more bang for your buck. I'm sure it will work the same but I'll have to try to see. And I take 900mg a day. I looked everywhere and that was about the recommended dose for depression which is when women experienced the growth in boobies so I assume I should take that. I started low though and then went up to 900. I try to take it in two divided doses. It says to take it in three doses of 300mg a day but I haven't noticed a difference really in taking it all at once, in two doses, or three doses. I just feel better doing two though lol.
oh and here is some more info on sjw if you want to read through first:
