Lunch - Watermelon, carrots, loaded mashed potatoes, beef brat with onion, ketchup, and mustard
Dinner - More carrots and loaded mashed potatoes, two baked chicken wings
Pre-fast snack - Two pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter, a glass of fat-free milk
