I don't agree. I tried PM from this company a while back and it made my menstrual cycle utterly choatic and so I had to stop. I notice Shell said somewhere that this happened to her as well, but when she switched to St. Herb she never had this problem.

I think this person is a spammer, as they have posted the same message in a few other posts as well.
This is not disputing their product as I know some have had results with it, but each person is different.

After reading thru the previous threads it seems as if the menstrual irregularities are worse if it is taken daily instead of 2 weeks on and 2wks off.

This person is obviously spamming. They offer no reason or evidence that this brand is best. 1000mg/DAY is not what is used in the Clinical Trials in Thailands University Research. I suggest to all of you that this product is made from wild grown pueraria and that is why it is in such large dose capsules. Bigger is not always better (no pun intended;-). If the Pueraria in this product were high grade premium (selected species cultivated) PM, they wouldn't need to stuff 500mg into a capsule. 500mg of PM does NOT necessarily equal significant amounts of Miroestrol (the active ingredient) because all PM is NOT created equal.

It seems that taking this product every day is not regarded as a good option anymore, despite original recommendations.
