wondering.... about full potential..and abt growth!!!
July 11 2007 at 2:45 PM cutevelvet (Login cutevelvet)

well two months i have taken st herb pills....third month after having messed up my cycle i have started on full potential...during this time i have had a two day spotting which was ten days earlier to my period date but then i got my period today after a long wait. i am one week into taking full potential i feel that my breasts are getting fuller..not anything on the tape measure yet but fuller. the only thing ive been doing is applying st herb breast cream..

now im wondering...
1) is the fullness luteal swelling cos this time round my cycle was well over 30 days??
2) is full potential responsible for my fullness??
30 st herb states that expect growth in month 3-4 but because im not taking st herb presently i have doubts although.....full potential does comtain pm so it could be that im finally growing....

can everyone see why im so confused???? lol with so much wondering going on in my head i tend to use up alot of mental energy therefore i am eating alot more........oh! could that be the reason i might be growing?? oh there i go again...!!
i know wot you're all gona say...wait till ur period has gone to see whether it is luteal swelling or growth but im so impatient...and a little excited....i just want ed to send out and feel those positive vibes you know because i have had very little encouragement with my routines ever since i have started and i would love some good news to share with you guys.

oh well i can only pray my arse off that i am finally growing.
another thing...i am getting alot of tenderness and pains in my breasts with full potential but that could be because it does contain saw palmetto..which normally is the culprit for pains and tingles....

Hi, cutevelet:

I can see your confusion and fully understand what you concern!!!

IMHO it's Mirifem really kicks into your system that's why you feel much fuller compared with St. Herb.

I was taking St. herb for one month unfortunately I had really bad side effects then took one month break, and on 5/19/07 I started new Mirifem, @ 1st month my boobies are so fuller but I think probably it's only " false alarm"(like you now lol).

Now I'm on 2nd month, my boobies are much much fuller and heavier than ever, I've grown 1/2 inch!!!

Cutevelet, do you take SP also?! I'm slowly ramping up to 2875 mg/per day now when taking 2nd bottle of Mirifem, I think SP helps my growth, too.

Happy Boobie Growing!

thanks for your response fujiapple, the new mirifem which is now called full potential does contain saw palmetto so i wont be adding anymore i dont think.. faerycat started with mirifem and grew 3 inches from it...lets hope we follow that same pattern.....good luck and keep me posted on ur progress!!

yes so after my period ive lost all that lovely swelling at the top. i know saw palmetto is the culprit for the temporary swelling...nothing to be happy about i guess but my smaller boob does seem to be a little meaty...and not so deflated. i wonder if i will experience yo yo boobs with full potential like i did with the other routine. at this stage do i just sit tight and wonder what the second month of full potential will bring for me?

so with regards to pueraria mirifica, i took two months of st herbs....and then a month of full potential..still got a week left of month one. i am a little disheartened but i guess im gona keep at it till october i think. and if nbe fails for me then i will quit.

im applying st herb cream once a day, not much left of it now but im not massaging...

i have one bottle of st herb which is sealed but i think i wont use it and still to full potential instead. i want to sell st herb if anyone is interested in the uk let me know.

a much disappointed cutevelvet.

Hi cutevelvet, don't be so disheartened! I would imagine that since you changed to Mirifem its like starting over, so really you have only done 1 month so far. They say you don't start growing until 3rd month.
