hi everyone,

Im sweetie, i just got hold of some pills wild yam root and saw palmetto from Holland & Barrett.

Does anyone know if they work, I just started using them today.

What can i do for maximum results?

Does anyone know about perfect woman cream? I'm thinking about getting a cream to use with the pills but i don't know which one?
