Silicone Cup ring for NoogleBerry - is it necessary?

Hi guys,

I am getting the contoured cup system and Lucy mentioned the silicone cup ring for added comfort. Wonder if anyone has that, or anyone thinks the cup can get uncomfy and the ring will be a good idea?
