I feel more motivated and it amazes me the effect of the massage , i've gained more fullness on the top the last two weeks but Idk if it is because Im n luteal phase or what's going on hahahahaha.

I have been doing massage everyday about 20-40 minutes , depending on my free time and if i have noogled or not that day. for keeping up the good work lol i've created different music-lisst too for everyday massage routine
