Hi there
I'm brand new here. Wil just start with a wee intro.
I am 41 and have always been lacking in the boob department, I hit 40 and dieted last year and managed to lose 3 stone, sadly what I did have breast wise was also lost. Also due to BF 2 kiddies they were a little saggy anyway. I did lots of research into NBE and forked out a fortune for a course of Erdic. I read both bad and good reviews but thought I would give it a try. To be honest I CAN see a difference (after almost 3 months), my boobs are a lot less saggy but I haven't gained the size increase I was hoping for.
So anyway, here I am, looking for advice from those much more experienced and knowledgable then me.
I work night shifts and have a bit of a hectic life so really couldn't commit to a very intensive regime.
I am drawn to Zoft and also Breast Active........
