I've been using suction only method so far, according to their instruction, after you stop using the device, only 1/3 of the growth will remain permanent. I guess at least it's better than nothing. But I do like the comment @blessedbreasts made, NBE is just like any other beauty routine, like doing facials, washing hair, etc., maybe we should change our mindset of giving it up completely after achieving our target, and seeing it as any other daily routine.
