I am using BA, but have also more to get the best results. I take:
A.M
2 BA
2 Fenugreek
1 Saw Palmetto
1 EPO
1 Flax Seed
P.M
1 Saw Palmetto

1 Flax
Before Bed
2 Fenugreek
1 Saw Palmetto
1 EPO
I also massage with the BA cream twice a day. I've been experiencing growing pains everyday and have noticed some growth and a lot more fullness. I'll be starting my 2nd month in a couple days.
