Hi Kakes86, i think if its just firming and plumping up you want then try massage with wildyam cream or a boobie batter which is a mix of herbs put together, you will find how to do it on this forum, just put it in the search, also breast pumps like the noogleberry are exellent for filling out your boobs again and firming them up so maybe that is also worth a look, that would be under the breast pump section. And the answer to your question is yes these herbs can and do increase breast size but not for everyone, they are some of the most popular herbs used but there are alot more and other methods we use on here to increase our breast sizes, but please look into what i suggest and see what you think honey.
