Your right about the DR's that poo poo massage. They are more interested in taking your money and slicing you open.
The massage increases blood flow and personally I think it works the Lymphatic system to move any toxins out and the good stuff in.
I didnt think that fat brushing would work but It has made a big difference in the fat that was basically under my arm and it given my breast a much nicer feel and look.
