i got my kangzhu mediums 2yrs ago and my large countered noogs nearly 3 months ago. i never did get the silicon rings …thought it would hurt without them but it’s actually ok, i don’t think i’ll be getting those. with my noogs, for some reason, i've gotten more disciplined. yeah, it’s funny about the rubber bands, they’re the heavy duty thick wall rubber bands. if i don’t use them the domes want to gravitate a bit outward toward the sides of my ribcage. of course, like i said earlier, i massage with oil, them rub about a half tsp of aloe vera gel over my oiled breasts and after the rubber bands are on the domes, they slowly slide the domes together and hold them there the whole time. i do have to make sure i pump enough to hold the domes from being pulled off by the rubber bands without pumping too much to hurt myself. there are other things i'm doing, too, like fenugreek, sheep placenta and stuff stuff et cetera et cetera. i've been reading a little bit on another thread about igf. here: http://breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=27347  i've seen that in the health dept where i shop. it's made by 'now sports'. kinda interested. hhmmm
