I am not 100% sure I have Gastroparesis as I have not went through any testing for a diagnosis yet, but I definitely have a very sluggish digestive system. I read the possible side effects for the medication you mention and sounds really scary to me.
Domperidone has very few side effects if taken orally. The cardiac side effects noted in studies were only present if taken intravenously (which can have a x30 higher dose than if taken orally) and the patients who received it were chemo patients.
