Sounds like your body gets along with BO, flaxseeds etc. I guess it really depends on the person. When I ate flaxseeds, I ate two huge spoonfuls of it a day so maybe I exaggerated on the amount....it is really full of phytoestrogens and omega3 so I think my body didn't really need it or was overwhelmed.
You gave some great skincare advice. Not stressing out is truly fundamental.....

Sorry to hear about that. Yeah, I did the same with flaxseed: taking two spoonfuls two times a day, and when I got my period, my cramps were super painful. When I lowered the dose I felt better and my body could handle it better, so I would say flaxseed helped pretty well besides that!
