Hallo! I wanna take PM, but i don't know how to start, i tought to use 500mg everyday for 3 months to see if it works. 
Some experiences? I'll hope i can reach a B cup (i'm an A cup)

I just started PM myself, the bottle says 1 500 mg per day for the first 2 weeks then go to 2 per day. The key is to ramp up slowly, not jump right in with thousands of mg per day.

2 g for day after 2 weeks?
