Hi Bettie!
I eat papaya all the time when it is in season. I know the fruit contains a lot of overall health benefits, and I have heard that it does contain phytoestrogens, but I'm not sure exactly how much it will contribute to breast growth if any (but it can't hurt to try, right?). I also haven't read anything that says it blocks estrogens.
It's so confusing when you find conflicting information online, but I would say try incorporating papaya regularly in your diet and see how your body/breasts respond and keep us updated. That's really the only way you'll know for sure, and since papaya is such a healthy fruit to eat anyways, it really should be good for you body regardless of how it affects your breasts.
