your body is amazing! May i know if u have scoliosis ? because from the photo yr waist seem to be a but uneven.
im trying to change my habit as well, because i used to sleep late and little like u as well. And im also tryin to gain some weight too, ive been eating more lately, but still there is no weight gain. So i order some digestive enzyme(havent arrived yet) which allege to help nutrient absorption. I hope that the enzyme can help
