In terms of cup size, it varies by country.
E.G., Russia and Scandinavian countries the average cup is a D.
US, a C. Most of Europe, a B.
Asia, a B, I believe, but don't remember for certain.

My favorite size is, "Yes, please!"  ;-)
Sweet spot, depending on her frame, is B-D. After that, I feel breasts get a big too large, especially if they hurt her back. I'm partial to a 34-36D/20/36 sort of figure.
But as an example, given what I've seen, a disconnect would be a 32G, or a 44A, for example: too narrow a chest, so the breasts are pulling her shoulders down and compressing her spine; or, conversely, so small they disappear (she's heavy, but no breasts; or, she's thin, but looks masculine due to no breast tissue.)
I know everyone has their preferences, but I like women to look like women.
I like looking like a woman, too, but...  Can't.  :-P
