Am fairly new to this but i think maybe research alittle more re; Maca and SP (i think there maybe more effective supps then these?).  And have you tried just a nbe diet? Only saying because you are fairly young still you don't want to mess with hormones too much? And some vacuum devices are better then others.

So should i give up one? I rather give up SP and keep maca cause I'm also willing to grow more booty
