Has anyone ever had luck fixing this? From pumping, massage, herbs, essential oils? I just want to know if I'm wasting my time. It's been 2 months and I don't think they're improving. I know it takes time, but I don't feel tingles, growing pains, nothing. My breasts haven't always been this way, only after breastfeeding 3 kids.
Any before and after pics if someone ever dealt with this and fixed it? I really need some inspiration...
After breast feeding my boobs were empty on top! Litterally empty, and I use to be round and perky even though I was small. They still r far from where I would like, but they r definitely improving. The pump and massage I think is what helps fill in the top. Mostly the pump. But I also use herbs. And I get growing pains usually. Not really strong like some people, but just slight pains/sensations here and there thru out the day. Either you aren't on the right NBE routine for ur body, or u are just someone who doesn't get growing pains. Or u might just take awhile to respond to NBE, its only been two months. Take pics and continueing reasearching and adjusting things until you find your path. I think you could benefit from hypnosis as well, to help you tell your body to grow and how to shape your breasts the way you want. People have gotten results from hypnosis alone! So adding it to your program can only help.
