Have you had your hormones checked?
From what I remember, the flat upper portion of the breast indicates estrogen dominance.

No I haven't. We recently moved & I haven't found a new PCP. Also I've got so many things I need to go to the doctor for (TMJ, wisdom teeth removal, need to see a podiatrist) so hormone check isn't exactly what I can afford right now.   I didn't know that, though. That's interesting. I feel though that it's most likely from breastfeeding 3 kids. I'll look into it, though.
