Again those who aren't at least a full A cup should strongly consider good nutrition first.  And nutrition is nice for everyone else too.  50-100 mg PM would be cheaper than red clover but I couldn't find capsules with so little so you'd have to carefully measure out tiny amounts of powder.

After reading your article a few days ago, i ordered these which you suggested:
saw palmetto, msm, pregesto-life cream, shatavari 50% saponians and i bought a milk thistle cleanse to do for a week before starting this program, i am bottom heavy, i also believe i have a little too much testosterone due to the fact i get small amounts of hair on my chest, but i have not taken a hormone test. i was planning on following the program you have posted here, i wanted to make sure i put the cream on my breast or do i do it on my wrist as the cream bottle says? thank you for all of your help!
