Thanks so much for your reply. It helps that someone replied and you've gone what I'm going through now. Confused lol. And no idea where to start. But I will look more into it and see what's best for me. I will definitely check out your thread. I think 1 cup in 4 months is amazing and realistic compared to what I read on here. 4 cups in like 6 months which to me sounds like unrealistic results. You are more than welcome! I definitely know how it feels to be overwhelmed and hopeless because I've tried so many things and so many products and spent so much money (you can check out my profile and see everything I wasted my money on, lol). It took me a long time to finally hit something that works. What I've learned is that it's better to build your own program rather than buy into marketed breast pills. But yes, do your research and find the program that works best for you! Just make sure you're taking starting pictures and measurements because it is so easy to forget how small you were once your breasts start growing! It's also just useful to compare before and afters to determine if you've found a program that is actually working!
