I think 1 cup in 3 months is possible for some fast responders, but I don't think it's the normal for most folks. I've been on a PM program and I've noticed that each cycle (my cycles are around 30 to 35 days long) I've gained about 1/4 of an inch. So in a little over 4 months I've gotten a full cup size. I would definitely recommend giving PM a try as so far it's produced great results for me and I've seen steady gradual progress each month. That's really the key to choosing an NBE program.

Lately I've been sticking with massage and I've definitely felt a lot of fullness, my 34b bra is feeling very snug and my right breast which is smaller than my left is actually filling the cup completely before I had some  loose  space at the top. I pIan on ordering some herbs but I don't want to mess up my hormones so I'm going to introduce them slowly (: 
What brand of Pm do you use? I looked up some but I'm not really sure what brand is the best lol
