I do still have an oncologist. I've been in remission for just over 12 months. I will ask him when I see him for my yearly check in, probably in the next couple of months (hard to get an appointment unless in treatment). I know that breasts cancer is the thing I have to monitor most---even more than the original cancer returning.

Thank you to both of your for your input. I guess I lack a lot of knowledge on the biology of this. It would probably help to research it.
