Hi everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience with DIM in case it might help others out who may be taking it and not having growth.
I am using herbs for my NBE program and it was working very well, I gained 1 inch in the first 8 days and my breasts had gone from super deflated to rounded (but still small, but I was just getting started!). Then I noticed others were using DIM so I added that too. It sounded great; it is supposed to reduce the bad estrogen and increase the good estrogen. But all of my tingles, pains, etc in my breasts stopped and my breasts lost the substance I had gained and again started deflating. After about 1 to 2 weeks my breasts looked deflated and my growth was going backwards. After stopping the DIM the tingles are returning. I later noticed that there are others who are not growing and they are using DIM in their program too. So I just wanted to let you all know. Perhaps the DIM is halting/stopping your growth and you might do better without it. It may not be good for NBE for some people. I know it was not good for me!
