I have used DIM faithfully for the pass 1/2 a year while I was on BB and I have experience growth that stays. 2 inches all together. When I up my dosage in 1 cycle the growth spurt was like serious ache and all which I grew as well. Most of the girls who uses DIM are on BO and not herbs. We took DIM with BO because BO are much stronger in everywhere compared to herbs.

Maybe the kind of estrogen produce by our own body while on BO and the one on phyto-estrogen are completely different thing.
