2- Do you trust online websites? it depends
3- Do you have a favorite website? yes Sephora because of their points system
4- Do you buy things online for husband/kids/relatives? no
5- Do you buy things online for friends? yes
6- Do you like the delivery time settled (7-15 days usually) in most of the websites? i don't care cause it takes longer to arrive anyway lol

1. Have you experienced any trouble with credit cards on websites? yes, NYX makeup only accept American visa
2. Have you ever gotten a product by mistake? no
3. In case of any problem buying things via online , do you use the website's customer service? yes but they're useless
4. If you could change anything on buying things, what would be? all visa should be acceptable? i only had this problem with NYX though
