I just want to mention on my SP bottle is says,

Each softgel contains:

Saw palmetto (10:1) extract 160 mg
Standardized to 85.2% fatty acids and sterols
Equivalent to 1600 mg of fresh berries

Does anyone know if this mean each pill is 1600 mg or its 160 mg? if it says 1600mg equivalent of fresh berries?

Im so confused!! Huh
