Holly: I'm not sure exactly how to respond to your second question, because I personally AM trying to bulk up my shoulders. Bulking up my shoulders and chest aids in minimizing the appearance of my hips, regardless of NBE.
But If you are only looking to tone and get rid of excess fat on your arms, I recommend that you lift very light weights, with high repetitions. That's what I do with my lower body, because I don't want my legs to become overly large or muscular. For me, toning the lower body (though not by much seeing as I am very skinny) as well as building up my upper body is what contributes to my own "hourglass" goal, which of course is will look much nicer on me with the addition of larger breasts, as opposed to having large boobs and scrawny little arms.
Here's how toning usually works:
Increasingly Heavier weights + low reps= enlarged muscle
moderately light weights + many reps= toning effect. That's what you sould do for your biceps, and if you want, shoulders.

Fenugreek liquid extract
Saw Palmetto liquid extract
both are used for massage only, during BOTH luteal and menstral phase. However the SP and FG capsules in my "stash" will be only consumed throughout menstration, in small amounts (equal to or less than only one of either of the two pills, even if combined)
I have not started with the progesterone cream yet. That will come later, perferably 2-3 cycles from now. In the meantime, I am doing:
Booby diet
Excersize
Breast Massage**
Hypnosis
These three things will be continuous throughout my NBE program and will never stop.
**This means that during the luteal phase when I start taking Progest. cream, I will not use the liquid extracts with massage because I don't want the effects of the estrogen to be magnified by the progesterone, or to interfere with the progesterone.

The luteal phase is basically the phase which occurs shortly after your period stops. Your breasts will be at their smallest on approximately the 5th day of your period. On the 8th day or so, (and/or) after the bleeding has already stopped, your body begins ovulating once again and building up the inside of your womb for your next period. This is the time when your body usually starts making lots of progesterone, however if you are estrogen dominant, you proabablt aren't making enough of it! That's why I will soon br implementing progesterone cream into my NBE program, because I will then be providing myself with the increased progesterone levels necessary throughout the typical luteal phase; levels which of course stimulate growth and swelling of your boobs. The day before you get your period is usually when your boobs are naturally most "full" - this is because your body's progesterone levels have peaked. UPDATE ON MASSAGE: I am starting to run out of the Frederick's of Hollywood cream lol. So I just bought Kukui Nut Oil and will be incorporating both until the Frederick's cream runs out, so that my body will adjust to the Kukui Oil. There is only one FOH in Hawaii and I don't feel like driving all the way out there right now to buy a little tube of their (wonderous) massage cream.
Again, I live in Hawaii and I have no idea if any of you know what Kukui Nuts are. You can't eat them, but they're often polished and strung together to make beautiful necklaces. They contain loads of Vitamin E and are preferrable to any other type of massage oil, including almond oil, according to people I know here. So I thought, 'I've lived here all my life, why haven't I ever tried this?' And bought a nice bottle of it for $8.00
It is widely available here, but the prices can go all the way up to $40.00 because of its reputation as the best massage oil out there. I have NO idea how common it is found and/or sold in the rest of the United States or in other countries which aren't in the Pacific region. So if none of you know what I am talking about, I am sorry. And if you do, buy some and try this with me! Lol!
Well, that's all I have to say for now. Another Update to come towards the end of this luteal phase.

I will be alternating it/even somewhat mixing it with the Frederick's cream until I run out of the Frederick's cream.

Currently on 9th day of luteal phase
Well, my shoulders and chest are starting to look REALLY nice and broad; I fit a size 36A bra now. (of course 36A cups are equal to 34Bs, but my back was always too small for a 36 size band. Yay me!!!!) Yep, I'm starting to look like a major hourglass. (35-25-35 measurements, yeah baby.)
And here's the most awesome thing. My breasts have actually grown as a result of the massage and of the two-three weeks of hypnosis. Here's why:
The muscles UNDER my breasts have gotten really big. Bigger than they've ever been. In the past when I've done upper body workouts, the muscle would only get slightly bigger, yet the actual fat in my breasts would literally dissapear and if I were to lay down and feel my breasts, it would be solid muscle. It would like like I had 34Bs still, yet it would be all muscle and no boob.
NOW, I have even more muscle with my new way of training (heavy weights for upper body) YET, when I press down on my breasts, the muscle is COMPLETELY covered by fat, and in order to feel the muscle I have to really really press into the fat now.
So think of it this way; exersize increased my back size to 36 inches. My breasts also (would have) shrunk to a 36AA. But I fit a 36A (TIGHT 34B) because they must have grown in the period of time I started the hypnosis.
WOOOOOT!!! KEEP GROWING BABY ^____^
Also: Interesting side note about the hypnosis. I use the Kenneth Blake hypnosis files exactly as directed on the website. However recently I have noticed (how could I be so stupid) that the first two out of the seven files must have downloaded wrong and came out to 9 and 7 minutes long each. They were supposed to have been both over an hour long this whole time - yet I have still seen positive results using all the files. Interesting.
So today I redownloaded files 1 and 2. I checked, I got the full lengths now. Both over an hour. So after this week's cycle of files I will start over by actually listening to the full sessions one and two. I believe that should begin on... Jan. 21st. So Jan. 21st will almost be like, a "New, even BETTER beginning-slash-continuation thing" of the hypnosis. Sorry if that was all confusing, this is really for my own reference I suppose. But the point is that I have really liked the files. My breasts feel extremely warm and tingly the entire time I listen to them, and I wake up feeling rejeuvenated and happy.
I realize after looking through some of the posts on the NBE hypnosis forum that not a lot of people like the Kenneth Blake files. It must have to do with his Norweigian accent or something. I tend to adore German vocalists, however, and am a myself ethnically part German and love the language, so perhaps I have a greater "tolerance" for the foreign accents which come from that region of Europe and his voice and phrasings really do not bother me at all. But whatever floats everyone's boat is good. His files are free and they appear to be working for me, and that is that.
Major update to come in about a month or so, next one or two luteal phases, maybe.

Anyway I had Chicken feet in black bean sauce, came home and drank lots of milk, felt my boobs tingling so I laid down (it was the afternoon by them) and meditated about them growing, and lulled myself to sleep. Woke up with my boobs feeling fuller... o__0
On a side note: I woke up about half an inch taller today, my mind power(and extra sleep)-enhanced growth spurt is continuing and possibly increasing as well. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif[/img] My dad is 6 feet and he looked at me and asked, "did you grow last night???" Pretty cool... [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif[/img] I have been feeling my legs tingle lately and have just began stretching them as well as regulating my spine to allow for better growth. Never told any of you about it of course seeing as this is an NBE forum, however growing taller still counts as a goal of mine as always.
Figured I'll throw a bust measurement in here, although I don't believe in measuring them constantly to determine growth. (How your bra fits is a more realistic gauge in my opinion)
start of NBE: 34 inches
Now: 35 inches

Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.
I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The luteal phase is basically the phase which occurs shortly after your period stops. Your breasts will be at their smallest on approximately the 5th day of your period. On the 8th day or so, (and/or) after the bleeding has already stopped, your body begins ovulating once again and building up the inside of your womb for your next period. This is the time when your body usually starts making lots of progesterone, however if you are estrogen dominant, you proabablt aren't making enough of it! That's why I will soon br implementing progesterone cream into my NBE program, because I will then be providing myself with the increased progesterone levels necessary throughout the typical luteal phase; levels which of course stimulate growth and swelling of your boobs. The day before you get your period is usually when your boobs are naturally most "full" - this is because your body's progesterone levels have peaked. UPDATE ON MASSAGE: I am starting to run out of the Frederick's of Hollywood cream lol. So I just bought Kukui Nut Oil and will be incorporating both until the Frederick's cream runs out, so that my body will adjust to the Kukui Oil. There is only one FOH in Hawaii and I don't feel like driving all the way out there right now to buy a little tube of their (wonderous) massage cream.
Again, I live in Hawaii and I have no idea if any of you know what Kukui Nuts are. You can't eat them, but they're often polished and strung together to make beautiful necklaces. They contain loads of Vitamin E and are preferrable to any other type of massage oil, including almond oil, according to people I know here. So I thought, 'I've lived here all my life, why haven't I ever tried this?' And bought a nice bottle of it for $8.00
It is widely available here, but the prices can go all the way up to $40.00 because of its reputation as the best massage oil out there. I have NO idea how common it is found and/or sold in the rest of the United States or in other countries which aren't in the Pacific region. So if none of you know what I am talking about, I am sorry. And if you do, buy some and try this with me! Lol!
Well, that's all I have to say for now. Another Update to come towards the end of this luteal phase.

I will be alternating it/even somewhat mixing it with the Frederick's cream until I run out of the Frederick's cream.

Currently on 9th day of luteal phase
Well, my shoulders and chest are starting to look REALLY nice and broad; I fit a size 36A bra now. (of course 36A cups are equal to 34Bs, but my back was always too small for a 36 size band. Yay me!!!!) Yep, I'm starting to look like a major hourglass. (35-25-35 measurements, yeah baby.)
And here's the most awesome thing. My breasts have actually grown as a result of the massage and of the two-three weeks of hypnosis. Here's why:
The muscles UNDER my breasts have gotten really big. Bigger than they've ever been. In the past when I've done upper body workouts, the muscle would only get slightly bigger, yet the actual fat in my breasts would literally dissapear and if I were to lay down and feel my breasts, it would be solid muscle. It would like like I had 34Bs still, yet it would be all muscle and no boob.
NOW, I have even more muscle with my new way of training (heavy weights for upper body) YET, when I press down on my breasts, the muscle is COMPLETELY covered by fat, and in order to feel the muscle I have to really really press into the fat now.
So think of it this way; exersize increased my back size to 36 inches. My breasts also (would have) shrunk to a 36AA. But I fit a 36A (TIGHT 34B) because they must have grown in the period of time I started the hypnosis.
WOOOOOT!!! KEEP GROWING BABY ^____^
Also: Interesting side note about the hypnosis. I use the Kenneth Blake hypnosis files exactly as directed on the website. However recently I have noticed (how could I be so stupid) that the first two out of the seven files must have downloaded wrong and came out to 9 and 7 minutes long each. They were supposed to have been both over an hour long this whole time - yet I have still seen positive results using all the files. Interesting.
So today I redownloaded files 1 and 2. I checked, I got the full lengths now. Both over an hour. So after this week's cycle of files I will start over by actually listening to the full sessions one and two. I believe that should begin on... Jan. 21st. So Jan. 21st will almost be like, a "New, even BETTER beginning-slash-continuation thing" of the hypnosis. Sorry if that was all confusing, this is really for my own reference I suppose. But the point is that I have really liked the files. My breasts feel extremely warm and tingly the entire time I listen to them, and I wake up feeling rejeuvenated and happy.
I realize after looking through some of the posts on the NBE hypnosis forum that not a lot of people like the Kenneth Blake files. It must have to do with his Norweigian accent or something. I tend to adore German vocalists, however, and am a myself ethnically part German and love the language, so perhaps I have a greater "tolerance" for the foreign accents which come from that region of Europe and his voice and phrasings really do not bother me at all. But whatever floats everyone's boat is good. His files are free and they appear to be working for me, and that is that.
Major update to come in about a month or so, next one or two luteal phases, maybe.

All righty then. This program will NOT be using A LOT of herbs. And this program will NEVER, on all accounts, use any manufactured breast-growth creams, such as WonderUp, QuickBust, or breast-enhancing gums, or anything like that. I don't believe in using that stuff. It also doesn't involve Birth Control Pills. Besides the harmless fact that I'm a virgin and just "don't feel comfortable" with BCP, I believe there are better ways to gain bust size than that.
Instead, my program will involve exercise, food, massage, hypnosis, willpower, a combination of pretty much everything. My program is to simply immerse my entire life into NBE. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.

My arms look like toothpicks. I've been very skinny all my life and let me tell you that it was NOT fun. People called me an alien, a giraffe, all sorts of things. Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.
I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model. [img=15x17]./forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_razz.gif[/img]
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.
I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.
Anyway I had Chicken feet in black bean sauce, came home and drank lots of milk, felt my boobs tingling so I laid down (it was the afternoon by them) and meditated about them growing, and lulled myself to sleep. Woke up with my boobs feeling fuller... o__0
On a side note: I woke up about half an inch taller today, my mind power(and extra sleep)-enhanced growth spurt is continuing and possibly increasing as well. Never told any of you about it of course seeing as this is an NBE forum, however growing taller still counts as a goal of mine as always.
Figured I'll throw a bust measurement in here, although I don't believe in measuring them constantly to determine growth. (How your bra fits is a more realistic gauge in my opinion)
start of NBE: 34 inches
Now: 35 inches
