That's awesome, Waterfall!!! ^__^ I never thought I'd be able to build up my arms until I really researched it and formulated a plan for myself. Then after really putting myself into it, it appears to be working!!! I am up to using 4 lb. weights now and My chest and arms are broadening and looking nicer every day. Growing up, I hated looking like a stringbean. I always hoped that as an adult things would change, and they did, but apparently moreso in my lower body, so for me NBE is really only half the battle! I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.

A lingerie model with nice, curvy arms, and ample breasts.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.

So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.

UPDATE: 16th Day of Luteal Phase (Guess I'll be getting my period pretty late!)

Wow. All I can say is wow. Both breasts have gained a noticible amount of fat. My left breast appears to be on its to becoming a B whereas my right is soon to be a C cup. Just awesome.

Once I get my period I'll be massging with the estrogenic herb extracts again (until te next luteal phase).

Couldn't you post your exercise program? I need to build up my body too but I am a
bit afraid that I will overwork and all the boobie fat would just go away =).

And I found the website of the kukui nut oil that you bought but they have so many diffrent ones.

Nimdun: I use the tropic breeze scent, in the smallest bottle available. It was cheap lol.

I use the "12 minute total body workout" by joyce vedral as my program. The book itself is so totally outdated lol. But the routines used in it are not.

When I have time I suppose I could post the whole program... x___X It would take forever though... maybe in the future.... I don't know... [Image: icon_e_sad.gif]

All righty then. This program will NOT be using A LOT of herbs. And this program will NEVER, on all accounts, use any manufactured breast-growth creams, such as WonderUp, QuickBust, or breast-enhancing gums, or anything like that. I don't believe in using that stuff. It also doesn't involve Birth Control Pills. Besides the harmless fact that I'm a virgin and just "don't feel comfortable" with BCP, I believe there are better ways to gain bust size than that.

Instead, my program will involve exercise, food, massage, hypnosis, willpower, a combination of pretty much everything. My program is to simply immerse my entire life into NBE. Warning: This might be kinda long! But read all of it, please. [Image: icon_e_smile.gif]

Here are my stats:

18 years old
female
Height: 5'8 1/2"
Breasts: 34B (however my right breast is a full B and my left breast is an A. It looks really weird to me.)
Waist: 25
Hips: 35
Weight:110 lbs.
I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.

My arms look like toothpicks. I've been very skinny all my life and let me tell you that it was NOT fun. People called me an alien, a giraffe, all sorts of things. Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. [Image: icon_e_smile.gif] So that's my two cents in regards to the whole modeling industry. I'd like to be a lingerie model, though.
A lingerie model with nice, curvy arms, and ample breasts.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.

I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model. [Image: icon_razz.gif]
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.

I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.

Well, I still haven't got my period, so I guess I "missed" this particular cycle. My breasts still appear to be growing. So far I have been involved with my NBE and hypnosis for only a little less than a month and my A cup is starting to become a B cup whilst my B cup is almost a full B.

Definate update within a month... and after I get my period, maybe.

On a side note, I'm still growing taller, lol.
