UPDATE: STILL haven't got my period. but, WOW:
MY RESULTS WITH NBE ARE BECOMING HUGE - literally!
Remember how I said I believed I was estrogen dominant in the into of my program? Well, after taking Progesterone for just one month, I feel as if my entire body shape has flipped from a pear - to one that is becoming BUSTY! OMG! And my general mood + sleep have also improved drastically.
My 34B's are almost 34C's and it hasn't even been a full two months yet. O__O I believe by the end of this month/early March I'll have grown a full cup size. I can't believe it! And at the same time, I'm losing weight in my lower body - to the point where the new $60.00 pair of Levi's I bought this Christmas are now almost a size too large! I don't know wether to be flattered or upset at the fact that it's money down the drain now - since it appears a lot of the weight I lost in the thigh/calf area is transferring to my upper body now, including in my arms, somewhat.
I am REALLY amazed at what the Hypnosis, Progesterone, and exercise, boob diet, and general positive attitude are doing for me. I am actually starting to exactly resemble the lingerie model I talked about in my first post - (even my face is changing, seeing as I have been using my mind power to try to obtain a more beautiful face) and my mom, and my best friend, and a couple of people in my school are really noticing. My mom asked me, "Did you lose weight?" and I said, "I think so,..." but what's interesting is that never before did I lose weight only in the lower half of my body. It's always been one of two things - either I gain a little bit of weight, ONLY in the butt or thigh, OR, I lose it both the thighs, butt AND boobs. But NEVER, until the progesterone, have I felt so calm, so relieved, and noticed weight gain in my rail-thin arms and small boobs. Ever.
Up until now the last time my breasts felt really sensitive and were growing was in the eigth grade - only half a year after I hit puberty - and my right boob grew to a medium B cup. ( -__- ) Now my left a cup is becoming a B and my right boob is becoming a C, my back/chest/shoulders are broadening with the exercise (My mom actually told me my shoulders are starting to look like a coat hanger the other day) and every day my breasts feel sensitive.
I am just AMAZED and can't wait to see what the rest of the next weeks, month, months, etc, bring me. I've never felt this positive about achieving anything in my life!!!! *___*

Tips For Exercise (In response to Memee's question about my routine):
Monday(BUILDING): Shoulders (Deltoids + Triceps) and Chest
Tuesday (TONING): Butt, Thighs and stomach
Wednesday(BUILDING): Upper Back (Lats), Biceps
Thursday-Saturday: Repeat from Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's body parts until Saturday but with a different set of exercises
Sunday: Rest day
On the TONING Days you can use light weights (2-3 lbs) just to slim down your lower body.
And On the BUILDING days you should try to eat more protein, (I eat protein bars on these days) and use heavier weights so to make your upperbody (Back, chest, etc.) larger. I started with 2 lb weights and gradually worked my way up to using the 5 lb weights I use now. I'll keep increasing the weights until my upper body reaches the look I desire.
To build up your Chest, Arms and Back you can do things like Rows, Lat extensions, and Bicep Curls. Just search for exercises on the internet and make sure to use the key word "Building". There's tons of stuff out there. Believe it or not I was actually inspired by seeing some men who had skinny arms and chests and wanted to broaden their upper body. But since we're girls it's not going to look manish or drastically body-builder-ish unless we took steroids or something.

So... we'll see how I go this week without the Progesterone cream. (During periods I massage with Fenugreek extract because it's Phytoestrogenic, and during the Luteal Phase I use Progesterone Cream and massage my breasts with Saw Palmetto extract.)
Since Estrogen has to do with the fat in your boobs (and Progesterone affects the gladular tissue) I'm going to see if I can eat foods a little naturally higher in fat this week. I hope I keep the gains I have made so far! Just five days... I am telling myself, "they are staying the way they are or they'll be growing, but they WON'T be shrinking!" lol. Wish me luck! ^_^

I actually have had maybe 4 or 5 NBE-related dreams having had fallen asleep during or after his MP3s. All of them were extremely lucid dreams in which could not only see but also feel how huge my breasts were (in every dream they were about 36Cs/Ds.)
I even had a dream last week in which I was using a stethoscope to listen to the "pulse" of my growing breasts (as opposed to my heart). It was so weird!
TRY to stay awake and HEAR EVERYTHING he says. You really want to absorb it all into your subconscious. And believe me, when you start dreaming of having larger breasts, that's a SURE sign it's working. (I've already increased by half a cup size in only one month)
Ever learned another language, got good at it, and then started having dreams on occasion in which you spoke to other people in the language, and the conversations actually made sense? P.S. I've noticed a few side effects so far, while I've been growing, that seem to go hand in hand with rapid growth. They are all things we know about already, but I've been experiencing them at an extreme level since my breasts started growing. A good sign, of course, but alas they are still no fun to deal with:
1) I smell. -___- Yeah. Nothing can stop it. Deodorant cannot stop this smell. And no, it is not any " maple syrup smell"from fenugreek, because I use fenugreek externally instead of swallowing it in capsules. I recommend everyone use these herbs externally, as I do, because when you swallow them, your liver filters out about 80% of all of it! So just save your self the money and the swallowing and buy some extracts to massage into your breasts - seriously!!!
Yes, it is the smell of pure hormonal sweat, and it stinks. I take a shower, and 20 minutes after I get out, I'm like, "God, what's the use!!!"
But, hey, no pain no gain, right? Oh, and speaking of which:
2) OW. When they grow the most seems to be when they hurt the most. It isn't a terrible, stabbing, heart-stopping pain, but it isn't comfortable either.
Well, that's how I've been so far. But in spirit of keeping everything "all-natural" for NBE, the deodorant I use is an organic All Natural brand (I don't want to be putting any chemicals or aluminum near my boobs) AND I decide not to wear perfume. I dunno if wearing perfume would effect NBE or not. But for these 2 and a half months, I haven't worn any. It's probably a negligable thing, but whatever.

Your program and inspiration are just what I'm looking for! I think I'm gonna give it a go, but I'm having the hardest difficulty finding fenugreek and saw palmetto liquid extract. Where do you buy yours?
Also, I just wanna reiterate cuz I'm slightly confused. You use the kukui nut oil only for massages. You apply fenugreek liquid extract during menstrual phase. Progesterone cream and saw palmetto when you're not menstruating. Am I correct?? I got confused keeping track of all the supplements you were using.
BTW everyone alba hawaiian sells kukui nut oil for massaging! It's pretty cheap compared to oils of aloha and all natural since its alba.

My arms look like toothpicks. I've been very skinny all my life and let me tell you that it was NOT fun. People called me an alien, a giraffe, all sorts of things. Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts.So that's my two cents in regards to the whole modeling industry. I'd like to be a lingerie model, though.
A lingerie model with nice, curvy arms, and ample breasts.
Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model.
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.

I make a point to listen to him every night whether I am tired or not, however. He does have a very calming voice, but they key to trance is that you should be fully focused on him and nothing else. So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. I actually have had maybe 4 or 5 NBE-related dreams having had fallen asleep during or after his MP3s. All of them were extremely lucid dreams in which could not only see but also feel how huge my breasts were (in every dream they were about 36Cs/Ds.)
I even had a dream last week in which I was using a stethoscope to listen to the "pulse" of my growing breasts (as opposed to my heart). It was so weird!
TRY to stay awake and HEAR EVERYTHING he says. You really want to absorb it all into your subconscious. And believe me, when you start dreaming of having larger breasts, that's a SURE sign it's working. (I've already increased by half a cup size in only one month)

P.S. I've noticed a few side effects so far, while I've been growing, that seem to go hand in hand with rapid growth. They are all things we know about already, but I've been experiencing them at an extreme level since my breasts started growing. A good sign, of course, but alas they are still no fun to deal with:
1) I smell. -___- Yeah. Nothing can stop it. Deodorant cannot stop this smell. And no, it is not any " maple syrup smell"from fenugreek, because I use fenugreek externally instead of swallowing it in capsules. I recommend everyone use these herbs externally, as I do, because when you swallow them, your liver filters out about 80% of all of it! So just save your self the money and the swallowing and buy some extracts to massage into your breasts - seriously!!!
Yes, it is the smell of pure hormonal sweat, and it stinks. I take a shower, and 20 minutes after I get out, I'm like, "God, what's the use!!!"
But, hey, no pain no gain, right? Oh, and speaking of which:
2) OW. When they grow the most seems to be when they hurt the most. It isn't a terrible, stabbing, heart-stopping pain, but it isn't comfortable either.
Well, that's how I've been so far. But in spirit of keeping everything "all-natural" for NBE, the deodorant I use is an organic All Natural brand (I don't want to be putting any chemicals or aluminum near my boobs) AND I decide not to wear perfume. I dunno if wearing perfume would effect NBE or not. But for these 2 and a half months, I haven't worn any. It's probably a negligable thing, but whatever.

Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.

Your program and inspiration are just what I'm looking for! I think I'm gonna give it a go, but I'm having the hardest difficulty finding fenugreek and saw palmetto liquid extract. Where do you buy yours?
Also, I just wanna reiterate cuz I'm slightly confused. You use the kukui nut oil only for massages. You apply fenugreek liquid extract during menstrual phase. Progesterone cream and saw palmetto when you're not menstruating. Am I correct?? I got confused keeping track of all the supplements you were using.
BTW everyone alba hawaiian sells kukui nut oil for massaging! It's pretty cheap compared to oils of aloha and all natural since its alba.
