UPDATE: I can barely fit into my 34B bra anymore. O__O Still about 18 more days remaining for the Luteal phase... I'm really happy with how things are turning out. And I mean everything! My breasts, my body, my face, I just seem to have a natural happy glow about me - (that is, when I'm not outside freezing in the rain)
Randomness: Prom is coming up! Just to make myself feel really good, I dyed my hair dirty blonde. I feel amazing! I have really light skin and hazel eyes so the color matches me even though naturally my hair is black. (My natural hair color washes me out COMPLETELY...!!!!!!!) This is actually the hair color I had when I was a little girl, though, so I'm sure that's why it matches. I wouldn't go too much lighter. Hair dye=bad lol. Expecially for NBE, probably, although I had to dye my hair quite a bit over the past 4-5 months to get it to look nice like this and not orange, and it hasn't seemed to have affected me in any sort of negative way NBE-wise.![[Image: icon_e_smile.gif]](https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/healthforum/forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
And to keep my hair healthy I condition it with a home-made treatment about once a week. Olive oil, fish oil, an egg, kukui nut oil, and lavender oil. Smells terrible (basically Like a seal just died in my bathtub and was sprayed with a bunch of lavender -__-) but makes my hair so silky after I leave it on for a half hour. ^___^
Oh, and,
PS:
I never mentioned this in my description page, BUT, every once in a while, I do smoke. Like, once a month to once a week MAXIMUM due to stress, and then I drink water with Milk Thistle. Yes, I am that obsessed with keeping my NBE routine in line. I don't even drink any coffee. Well, just wanted to let you all know. The winter just gets to me in that way and makes me depressed/moody.
In Hawai'i it doesn't get too cold obviously but it does rain a lot and the sky gets really nasty and black. -___- So you still know when it's winter, believe me.
I can't wait for spring...5 more weeks, right??? ^___^ I'm so excited!!! Prom, NBE... SUN!!! and SUNDRESSES!!! And then no school... and then SUMMER... and then I'll be off to college!!!! (in Los Angeles)... so many things to look forward to...
Must...get...through...winter...first...UGH... X__X

OK, just to let you all know I've been sick on and off for the past couple weeks, but my breast growth doesn't seem to have dissapeared because of it
Although I do notice that when my flu symptoms get really bad my breasts loose their sensitivity and pause.
I just started my Luteal phase 2 days ago, and am a 34C.
Despite getting sick I feel a sort of strange feeling of energy since the weather started getting warmer. It feels like magic. ^____^
My legs are also going through major pains right now, if anyone's interested.
And, yes, I was just able to confirm my growth spurts with my new doctor - he says I have about 3 years of puberty remaining and that my face, height, everything will be changing, and that with this spurt I probably will grow more than an inch or so.
I also realized that I'm 5'8" and not 5'9". But based on what he said, I will reach 5'10" anyway, especially with the way my legs have been actng up on me lately.

Just stopping by to lend some encouragement - hope your feeling better!
WoW!!! 34C!! You must have spent a small fortune on all those bras you outgrew!![[Image: icon_e_smile.gif]](https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/healthforum/forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)
I think a 34C is similar to 32D in cup-size, which is my goal! Gee, just dreaming about it now!
Anyway, best wishes with it, and keep up that positive attitude

Spring break started for me a week ago, and as luck would have it, I got the flu on my very first day off, for the second or third time this month.
Now I think it's really affected my breast growth.
But first of all, I'm starting to question if I was ever even a true 34B - I think I may have actually been a 32B. (They looked like Bs, and fit into my 34B bras, but the band always rode up my back and is only now starting to settle straight across my back.)
Second, this is the worst flu I've ever had in my life. It is also my first time having extreme pink eye, (or any pink eye, ever) and I've thrown up multiple times this week due to my illness and also because I stumbled upon a disturbing tip that someone in my familly may have just killed someone. I completely disturbed and just wish this would all dissapear from my life.
I have to go back to school tomorrow, and will have had tons of assignments to turn in, which I haven't done any of, but I don't think I'll be better by then.
I have continued my NBE routine despite my illness but this past week my breasts have felt completely numb, without any of the feelings of growth I'd been having and should be having right now, and I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me due to the sickness and panic attacks I've had this week, but I feel as if my breasts have actually shrunk...
and furthermore I feel that the model I've been looking at for my ideal breasts just may have even larger breasts than I previously thought she had.
I think I now have grown from 34As to 34Bs, and I also think that the model I admire looks like she might even have 36Ds.
I feel as if my optimism has left me. I guess I never told you all that I've had Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for years, as well as depression, but that was probably because I thought NBE would be some great big thing that could fill a void in my life should I accomplish that goal. Now I feel empty again.
I will post again after I feel I am able to pull myself together.
Wish you all the best and hope I can pull through this...
Maybe I will even see some results with NBE.
I don't know when I am going to post here again.
Love, SV44

I juat got my period almost a month early (only a week after the last one) and now I am sure this is all due to the stress and extreme flu.

Wow. Not only did I get my period only a week early, but it then LASTED for almost a week too long!!! 14 days!!! GEEZ! Well, it's over, now. And they grew quite a bit. My luteal phase will start in a couple days. O__O And I can feel that there is going to be some MAJOR change this time. By Thursday I think I'll be able to go on the Progesterone Cream again.![[Image: icon_e_biggrin.gif]](https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/healthforum/forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
As for my personal life: Tring very hard to think positively. Positive, positive, positive. Sometimes it is the only thing you can do. But it is the best thing to do.
ALSO: Prioritize!!! I have now thought of NBE as a reward. But now I'm thinking, 'what am I rewarding myself for? Doing poorly at school???' Well schoolwork is definately a challenge when you live with PTSD. But Now I plan to finish all of my assignments early... and NBE will be the reward for that. (Hopefully less stress, too.)
That means: NO INTERNET BINGES. I hate being elslaved to my computer. So starting now: I am typing up and finishing all my homework assignments. No internet. No more. Done. An occasional update on here for NBE. occasional e-mail. Otherwise...none. I promise myself.
A friend (now deceased) once wrote about me,
"SCORPIO: THE TRANSFORMER. The Eagle, diving into flames, emerging from the ashes as The Phoenix."
So out of the ashes I now rise.
P.S. Happy belated Easter. Jesus went through a lot too before he rose on the third day.

I have a little pencil tree ( 6 inches tall or so) who sits next to me when I type on here and do my NBE routine. On the first day of spring she started growing for the first time in months. I took her ability to grow as my(as all of ours, according to Wahaika) confirmation that it is growing season. Our NBE routines+positive thinking, visualization and especially dedication will bring us what we are striving for.
Love,
Nymph

I only use the liquid herbal extracts in my program. I realize that in the beginning of the program I said that I was taking some herbs internally -- I quickly ditched that idea. I still have the bottles of fenugreek and saw palmetto pills in my room - barely touched.
I don't know how to edit posts so eventually I will post a condensed or "mini version" of my program that includes the changes I made since I first started. I haven't made many changes to my program overall. But my posts are pretty lengthy and I'm sorry if there's some parts that are hard to find because of that.
Thanks for asking.![[Image: icon_e_smile.gif]](https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/healthforum/forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

Quote:A FOREWORD: This NBE program is geared towards young women (around my age) who believe they are ESTROGEN dominant, and may possibly be also naturally underweight and want to achieve a less scrawny, atheltic body to support their future larger breasts.UPDATE:But even if this doesn't exactly apply to you, you can read on anyway. I'm trying to incorporate a lot of things into my program, so maybe some of them can help you too!
All righty then. This program will NOT be using A LOT of herbs. And this program will NEVER, on all accounts, use any manufactured breast-growth creams, such as WonderUp, QuickBust, or breast-enhancing gums, or anything like that. I don't believe in using that stuff. It also doesn't involve Birth Control Pills. Besides the harmless fact that I'm a virgin and just "don't feel comfortable" with BCP, I believe there are better ways to gain bust size than that.
Instead, my program will involve exercise, food, massage, hypnosis, willpower, a combination of pretty much everything. My program is to simply immerse my entire life into NBE. Warning: This might be kinda long! But read all of it, please.
Here are my stats:
18 years old
female
Height: 5'8 1/2"
Breasts: 34B (however my right breast is a full B and my left breast is an A. It looks really weird to me.)
Waist: 25
Hips: 35
Weight:110 lbs.
I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.
For more info about me (quite important in my case, actually), and INSPIRATION for YOUR New Years NBE, you can click on the other thread I posted HERE:

My arms look like toothpicks. I've been very skinny all my life and let me tell you that it was NOT fun. People called me an alien, a giraffe, all sorts of things. Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. So that's my two cents in regards to the whole modeling industry. I'd like to be a lingerie model, though.
A lingerie model with nice, curvy arms, and ample breasts.
Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.
Take a look at these two models from the same fashion show:
Model 1: http://us.imdb.com/media/rm210541312/rg1927584256
Model 2: http://us.imdb.com/media/rm193764096/rg1927584256
OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.
I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model.
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.
I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.
OK, just to let you all know I've been sick on and off for the past couple weeks, but my breast growth doesn't seem to have dissapeared because of it

Love, SV44

Quote:A FOREWORD: This NBE program is geared towards young women (around my age) who believe they are ESTROGEN dominant, and may possibly be also naturally underweight and want to achieve a less scrawny, atheltic body to support their future larger breasts.well, going against my last post I'm going to give a quick update -But even if this doesn't exactly apply to you, you can read on anyway.

By Thursday I think I'll be able to go on the Progesterone Cream again.
![[Image: icon_e_biggrin.gif]](https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/healthforum/forum_data/forums.he/heal/healthforum/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Love,

I only use the liquid herbal extracts in my program. I realize that in the beginning of the program I said that I was taking some herbs internally -- I quickly ditched that idea. I still have the bottles of fenugreek and saw palmetto pills in my room - barely touched.
I don't know how to edit posts so eventually I will post a condensed or "mini version" of my program that includes the changes I made since I first started. I haven't made many changes to my program overall. But my posts are pretty lengthy and I'm sorry if there's some parts that are hard to find because of that.
Thanks for asking.
