I bought a new bra!!! ^___^ I now wear a 36B. My 34C bra was hurting so much that I couldn't wear it anymore!

I tried on a 34C but it appears my back got broader. Anyways....

I am in college and it is totally awesome. So much fun.

I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I try to almost never drink coffee (at least for NBE and growth purposes, as I am still young.) I am NOT a vegetarian or vegan... I love meat... lol.

Of course when I hit puberty all of a sudden it became "in fashion." and everyone started telling me I should model, yada yada whatever. You know what I think is beautiful? Being an athletic woman with nice, curvy arms and legs, and of course, medium to large breasts. [Image: icon_e_smile.gif] So that's my two cents in regards to the whole modeling industry. I'd like to be a lingerie model, though.
A lingerie model with nice, curvy arms, and ample breasts.

Most lingerie models I see, however, are actually very stick-like, with stick arms and stick-legs, and no hips. And usually when they have really big boobs it looks weird, in my opinion.

OK, so they're both very skinny. But which one do YOU think looks BETTER? The first one? Or the second one, who's noticably curvier? The curvier one, right? I think so too.

I have curvy hips, but somewhat a narrow chest and somewhat small boobs. If I had a better chest, nicer arms, and bigger boobs, I'd look a lot like the 2nd model. [Image: icon_razz.gif]
So, as you can see, weight loss + NBE is not my thing. My NBE program is for all you girls out there who have stick-thin arms (and smaller-than-you'd-like breasts, of course) and just don't buy into the media's over-sensationalizing of your skinny-ness. Remember of course that this is YOUR body and as long as you are naturally skinny, and not starving yourself, then there is NOTHING wrong with being the way your are. The is nothing wrong with the way anyone's body looks, no matter what their body type. As long as they are healthy, then who cares? I, for one, however, am tired of looking like somebody constructed my upper half with a bunch of toothpicks.

I am using NBE PLUS exercise, to not only enlarge my breasts, but to CHANGE my entire body. To ACHIEVE a CURVIER, more sensuous, athletic woman's body. The entire program will follow in the next post.

UPDATE: I HAVE GAINED WEIGHT!!!! YAY!!!!!

CURRENT WEIGHT: 119 lbs!!!! Say whaaat???? [Image: icon_e_smile.gif] I think it's muscle, though. I started taking the weight gain/ muscle mass supplement Cytogainer a couple weeks ago. I definately feel stronger and my arms look stronger. Wow... I am wondering if the scale I weighed myself on was broken because I've honestly never been 119 in my life.

IMPORTANT: I am currently doing research on the adverse effects of Cytogainer. While I believe my results so far have been positive, I have read that there is an ingredient in it, Creatine, which has resulted in seizures in HEALTHY individuals, in fairly short periods of time. For this week, I will refrain from taking any more until I get to the bottom of this. I heard from other girls on the main NBE forum that the supplement Russian Bear is good alternative; I will look into this and see if it might be safer to use.

In the meantime, TOMORROW is my doctor's appointment to discuss birth control pills! To all who responded to my original post on BCP, thank you ever so much. I have done more research and it appears that the safest ones are in the Ortho-Tricyclen family. In any case, this is what my mom used to take... and her breasts grew a couple sizes, permanently, while she was on it. So, we'll see how things go. I want to get things right the first time!

You and I are in the EXACT same situation regarding how the body works and we even have the measurements!! I've had 3kids. I just turned 25. I'm 105-110 right now though cause I'm nursing and struggle gaining weight or even keeping it (stay at home mom to a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and 6 month old boy.) I'm sure you don't be check this anymore, but if you do, let me know how you're doing! !  Smile
