Hey all you boobies. 

So I started my journey of nbe around 4 months ago at a very small a cup. I always had small boobs an wished for bigger. I just don't think implants is for me.

I never really did anything before but as I've gotten older my boobs have gotten smaller considering I used to be a nice full b. 


I heard about peuraria marifica and gave it a try, I took it every day for 2 months and saw really good results then it stopped working, I heard you should take a break and then start again. Which is what I did and started again a month later nothing so I stopped again and this time stopped my birth control because I heard that can affect it and I used milk thistle supplements to clean out my liver. Tried and again and still nothing. 


I want to try again but this time using it only in my follicular phase and then using fenugreek in my lacteal phase. 

I've started regular breast massage. 

Man I hope this works I got so excited when I saw results the first time. 

I would really appreciate any advise anyone has. I've browsed though some members and have seen some of you have had amazing growth but it's so much info to take in. 

Please please any advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh I'm also gonna try gaba supp. 

Are there any creams that work?
