The secret is.... there IS no secret unfortunately!
What works for one won’t work for the other in every single aspect or method for NBE.
Youl see noogling producing fantastic results for some and none for others, same with food and herbs and massage and bovine . It’s so sad but true.
I maintain we all have a different biological or otherwise reason we didn’t grow like our peers seemed to and we have to identify what’s the “block” for us an an individual and practise NBE in the safest manner we see fit.
Just my two cents worth .. it’s always good to see all the documented success stories and tie together any common themes for those who grew and piece together a programme around that and it’s not always quick unfortunately, lots of researching this forum and the “old breast nexus” forum which is awesome too, a lot of good success and progress pics there
