I emailed about the change of packaging and source of ingredients, and didn't get a reply either. The bad customer service was less of a concern than the fact I no longer had confidence in where their product was coming from. I don't buy it anymore.

Can I ask what BO would you prefer next?

I have started using Tibetan Princess' tincture which is made using Bountiful Breast. I like it, it's nice not having to swallow a lot of tablets everyday. It's only been a couple of months, but I am noticing some small changes on the measuring tape (1cm or so). 
Dr Ron's is sourced from New Zealand, but Ive never used it, so can't give an opinion.

I have been searching forum for best generic BO brand, I got two names , raw female and Ultra brand ovarian, both are available for me. I heard about Dr Ron’s from Amzon reviews under swanson product. I searched amazon and I couldn’t find it. I was wondering where I can buy it..

I think you can buy Dr Ron's directly from the website, I found it originally through Google. 

I'm glad someone got a response from Swanson's, and that their BO is still from the same source. I'm sure that is helpful for many user's piece of mind.

I dont why if still Swanson’s BO is from Argentina they changed their label and they still advertise at amazon their old bottle’s picture! I dont know why they changed from raw ovarian tissue to ovarian tissue!!
