First, as frustrating as it is, remember that it takes time for an herbal pill to work. Everyone's body is different so you'll experience growth at your own rate. One month is really too soon to expect to notice anything but some minor differences.
You definitely should try taking the pills as directed. I am also taking WU and am halfway through my second month. I take 2 with each meal, like clock work. I did see some initial swelling right away and now have consistent tenderness and growing pains. It takes time for new breast tissue to grow. I use the lotion in the morning and in the evening and I think I am slowly noticing that my breasts seem slightly fuller.
On any herbal pill, I would give it at least 3-4 months. It is rare, I think, that you'll see great results sooner than that.
I might stop the pump you are using and try just sticking to the WU for a while and let you body get used to that routine. Patience is the key. I have really small breasts so I really understand the need for results right away. Hope this helps
