I tried it. Did nothing . But I’ve learned over the years sensitivity to herbs may play a role in if you respond or not. I’d say in hindsight it’s probably the lesser of the strong ones and a good test Is to see any “new” testimonials ie in the past year not the same tesrominies which haven’t changed for years.  I didnt commit For a few months and maybe that’s my downfall  Natureday.com  was the stronger more effective one for me but it rendered me E dom pretty quick so worried  about continuing. They updated regularly though but I fear their programme is pretty strong
