Hi, I did reply to the emails you sent back on Sept. 5 and Sept.12. I am new to this forum and unsure how and where to send responses. I just sent you a message on this forum but it is not showing here so I will copy the info here as well. This is what I said:
First of all you don't need anything else to do our program and it is not experimental. Many women have tried it world wide. It works because it uses the body's own natural abilities, just like when a woman gets pregnant. We just eliminated the pregnancy part. It is very simple because you view the videos, enter your measurements and follow the directions that are provided. The program changes some videos and exercises as you progress so you don't have to think of anything except following the instructions. The program does the rest. It monitors your progress and even charts it so you can see how you are progressing. If you are not progressing properly the program notices that and makes suggestions to what you may be doing wrong and puts you on the right track.
Do not do a fat transfer surgery because it may cause scar tissue in the breasts. Because our exercises are simple but intense, we don't know how it would affect the scar tissue, so you would have to check with your doctor to make sure that he thinks the exercises will not damage the scar tissue. Also when doing the exercises the fat might be redistributed unevenly or to other places and you might not be able to notice the lobes as much when doing our process. So for safety precautions, we do not recommend our process to women who have had any surgeries unless they check and are OK'd by their doctor.
As per your question about lactation: During pregnancy the lobes in your breasts increase in size and get ready for breast feeding the baby after it is born. They normally don't leak until the baby begins breast feeding and then over time create as much milk as the baby requests. When the baby stops breast feeding the breasts are still creating milk but because it is not demanded, they produce less and less until the lobes shrink back to being small and unnoticeable. During this time the unused or excess milk dose not just sit in the breasts, it is naturally reabsorbed back in the body through the body's own system. After a period of time we suggest that you can stop the process and take a break for a few weeks or months then restart it again over and over. After you have done it the first time, the next time you redo the exercises the increases happen quicker in a shorter time.
Women have a choice to do the nipple stimulation. If they want to lactate they should do it so that it unclogs the nipple ducts to let the milk out, but some women choose not to do it. Up to you. If you want to lactate because you want to feed an adopted baby or for other reasons, you can use a breast pump to increase the milk production once you are near the end of the program or during maintenance.
I hope this answers your questions.
Regards,
Joseph.
