This post is a little late, but I'd like more info on this topic as well. My growth shrinks while I'm on my period because P is low. Once it's done and my P rises, I regain my growth. I'm thinking of using progesterone cream soon. I really want to use the bioidentical form. I read that you have PCOS. I'm so sorry! Low progesterone is common with that condition.

And, second month, p cream doesn’t seem to help swelling.

It even messed up my cycle!!!!

When I apply if my body skin, my cycle goes short(16day menstrauation)

And acnes on my chin ?

Did you try vitex to help with E dominence?

Nop, Because I heard vitex stimulates lh hormone.

But my lh hormone is very higher than fsh.

So I think it isn’t suitable for me because I have high lh/fsh ratio....

BTW, lh/fsh ratio changes in each phase???
