Hello everyone! Im looking at various programs and methods now to jump start my NBE after having 2 kids and now being 3 months post breastfeeding. My boobies have deflated and i think have gone back to my pre-NBE size. So sad.
I came across this study. Anyone considering or tried directly applying estradiol gel or cream directly to the breasts? or this too risky for developing breast cancer?
