Yeah countless women have.  You can try looking through the forum history.  I wouldn’t even consider 32d to 32f to be huge growth.  Decent, but not huge.  Many have done much more.

Difficulty varies from person to person but usually if you have something to start with like 32c or 32d you’ll have a much easier time.  Especially if you already responded to a single herb.

3 x 550 mg PM is a crazy amount of PM.  You might even grow more from using less.  But I think the best approach would be a balanced approach:

- Cycle 1x 550 mg PM with 1/2 tsp PC.  Since you already responded well to PM you might try a little more PM and/or a little less PC.  If you don’t know how to cycle then try a forum search.  Maybe increase both a little eventually, not right away.  And more than this amount isn’t necessarily better.
- 3x 600 mg *50% saponin* shatavari extract.  You might try 4-5 later on, which may or may not help more.
- 320 mg saw palmetto *extract*
- 3,000 mg MSM.  Or a 11-12g scoop of collagen powder.

I think that will probably get you to your goal or a little further.  If you want you may add other things like massage, flax seeds, pumping, or whatever else.  And/or tips in my sig.  But I think that’s enough already in your situation.  32c to start and already grew from an improper amount of just one herb is one of the easier situations.

If you really want to go all out and grow more than that then see nutrition tips in my sig.  You may be able to do 2 PM capsules now or after a while.  Likewise maybe or maybe not a little more PC.  You can search the forums for info on mk-677.  Missmadscientest did use it.  You can massage and/or pump a bit.  Maybe or maybe not use up to 6-7 shatavari (again, more than 3 may or may not help more).  You can try a firming lotion for maybe half a size.  Massage with fresh or frozen aloe (never old and bottled) aloe may or may not help.

Regardless be patient for a few months with any program.  Measure and take pics for yourself (same pose, position, lighting) so you can notice slow gradual changes.

Thank you so much!! I will do some research on the method you listed above ... I am currently on the implant birth control (progestin only) so I don’t know if I need PC (that is the cream, right?) It has taken my period away entirely :/  Also joe, do you know how long it’ll take to experience the growth using your method? I seem to be fluctuating a lot, now between a 32C and 32D...plus I fluctuate in weight a little.

Do you know what the size in the picture is by any chance ? That is what I was thinking of going to as my goal size So I’ll change it in my sig if it’s different that model is super petite and has a small frame (I do too) but her body (smaller frame with large breasts)
