Sounds like you are doing all the right things, especially listening to your body!
As forĀ noogling, I think the problem is more that people are in a hurry and try to suck out a D cup in two or three days.
If your session hurts then stop or reduce the pressure, stay away from your armpits, and drink lots of water. Use lots of lube/oil so that the domes are able to pull a lot of skin into the domes easily, as opposed to trying to stretch the first little bit of skin right under the dome.
Common knowledge says that 200 hours of pumping is what is needed before the swelling begins to 'stick' so to speak.
I think if you can noogle several times a day then you can take advantage of the previous swelling before it goes away.
