Hey everybody!!!!!
Finally I found my curriculum!!
I tried PM, herbs,BO  all!
And from now on, I decide to take “BO” !!!

But there are few questions about it.
I have some problems, side effects.
But before,,
This is my plan!!

Menstrual phase (3.4 ~ 3.11)

-Colostrum*** good for igf-1  
-Multi vitamin
-Msm


Follicular phase (3.12~3.19)

-BO (500mgs)
-Pituitary
-Bioperine
-Reishi mushrooms  (I think it is important key for my effects.  Because it is powerful dht blocker...)
-multi vitamin
-colostrum

Luteal phase(3.20~4.14)      >>>> I don’t know exactly
3.20~3.22 little spotting
and breast pain had come
In the second of half this phase breast pain had come and my breasts had changed little swelling !!!!!!!!

-same as follicular phase

  but increased BO to 1000mg gradually (3.20~4.4)


-sometimes Progesterone cream

and I had stopped BO, reishi, pituitary, bioperine on April 5~ April 15.
Because I don’t want disturb my hormone cycle.
April 5th is 30th days in my cycle.

menstrual phase(4.15~4.21)
my period was 42 days.
And now, last of my period, my breasts’ changes have been disappeared ....

Questions!!!!

1. Why do they go back to before?

2. is BO based on progesterone or estrogen?

3. Is there any problem with my program?

4. How to treat my acnes?
